Welcome to The Auditors Club (TAC). By accessing our platform, engaging our India Entry, Financial Infrastructure, Corporate Governance, or Startup Fundraising Advisory services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.
1. Overview & Service Scope
The Auditors Club (TAC), based in Gurgaon, India, provides professional advisory services including company incorporation, corporate tax structuring, GST & FEMA compliance, virtual CFO operations, pitch deck preparation, and investor readiness support.
Goods and Services Tax (GST) is applicable to all advisory fees as per Government of India mandates. A GST invoice will be issued upon receipt of payment.
2. Responsible Use & Client Obligations
When engaging TAC or utilizing our digital resources, you agree to provide authentic, complete, and up-to-date documentation required for statutory filings (e.g., PAN, Aadhaar, Passport, MOA/AOA, Financial Statements).
- You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of any account credentials issued by TAC.
- You agree not to upload false, misleading, or unauthorized documentation for regulatory submissions.
- Any regulatory penalties incurred due to inaccurate client disclosures shall be the sole responsibility of the client.
3. Government Fees & Statutory Filings
Government fees, stamp duties, and regulatory filing costs (such as MCA incorporation charges, trademark filing fees, or ROC duties) are communicated upfront and remitted directly to the respective Indian government departments. These charges are separate from TAC professional advisory service fees.
4. Intellectual Property
All content, tools, pitch deck frameworks, financial models, and proprietary methodologies presented on the TAC platform are the exclusive intellectual property of The Auditors Club. Unauthorized copying, resale, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
5. Limitation of Liability
TAC exercises professional diligence in executing regulatory filings and advisory solutions. However, final approvals remain subject to statutory timelines of government bodies (e.g., Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Income Tax Department, Reserve Bank of India). TAC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or regulatory delays beyond reasonable control.
6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gurgaon / Delhi NCR, India.
